Tickets & Travel Documents

• Once a booking is confirmed, an e-ticket will be issued and sent via email.
• It is the passenger’s responsibility to carry valid travel documents, including passport, visa, and health certificates.
• PackTripz will not be held liable for denied boarding due to missing or invalid documents.

Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

• All cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and airline regulations.
• Some tickets are non-refundable or have restricted refund rules.
• Date or route changes may incur additional airline fees, fare differences, and PackTripz service charges.

Responsibilities & Liabilities

• PackTripz acts only as an intermediary between customers and airlines. We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling, baggage loss, or service issues caused by airlines.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking made through our platform.
• We do not guarantee the availability of flights until final confirmation is received.

User Obligations

• Users must not misuse the website by attempting fraudulent bookings, unauthorized access, or violating applicable laws.
• Any suspicious or illegal activity may result in account termination and legal action.

Force Majeure

PackTripz will not be liable for service disruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, technical failures, or government restrictions.

Intellectual Property
